Physical Activity:
You're doing less than the recommended guidelines for physical activity. Being active could help to reduce the risk of breast and bowel cancers, but it doesn't have to be strenuous to be effective.

Alcohol
You are drinking above recommended limits - two small drinks (3-4 units) a day for men. This may not seem like a lot but even these levels could increase the risk of cancer.

Diet
Eating a healthy, balanced diet can reduce the risk of developing cancer. As well as eating plenty of fruit, vegetables and fibre, and less red and processed meat, it's also important not to eat too much saturated fat or salt. You're already doing well by not eating too much red or processed meat, but you might want to try eating more fibre-rich foods and five portions of fruit and vegetables a day.

Smoking
By being a non-smoker, you are already taking the best possible step to lower your cancer risk. But there are still plenty of things that non-smokers can do to cut their cancer risk.

Sun
Although you haven't been sunburnt recently, if you have fair skin you might be at risk of burning in the future, which can increase the risk of melanoma, the most serious type of skin cancer. Knowing your skin type is a great way to find out how much protection your skin needs.

Weight
Your BMI is 24, which falls into the 'healthy' range. It's unlikely that your weight is putting your health at risk.
